Texas Adjutant General Performance Excellence Competition - 1st Place.

​

Developed the organizational assessment application based on Malcolm Baldrige principles that led to 1st place out of nine competitors within the Texas Military Forces. Described the organizational leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, knowledge management, workforce and operations processes, and results leading to performance at excellence level.

Designed Strategic Plan and Action Plan format for the Regional Training Institute FY 2013-2017. Facilitated Strategic Planning process and assisted in the development of SWOT analysis, long-term goals, objectives, strategies, action plans and metrics in order to assess progress of the organization toward long-term vision.
